I am wanting to make up a batch of Blood Wine but am having difficulty with a couple of the ingredients.Could you please tell me what brand of Schnapps you recomend for 'Firewater' (or an equivalent would be better), and what you would recomend as an equivalent for Everclear (would Polish Spirit work, and if so, what percentage)??I'm hoping you are able to help me as the ingredients you list aren't really available here in Australia
