Well, It's about time... Finally a printable version of K'Tesh's Klingon Recipe Pages... but of course I wouldn't make it that easy on myself (or you either). There are three different versions of the site... the framed version, the unframed version, and the 640x480 version. If I was to make a specialized set of printable recipes for each version, I would quickly fill what's left of my space on the server (I might be doing that right now just making the site printable). I would also quite possibly go insane (no, I'm not there yet) in trying to manage all of that. So, there lies the dilema... What to do?

I am still in the process of making the individual recipes printable, and the various other pages will come online later. These printer friendly versions will have no background color (shield your eyes, the white can shock your eyes if you been staring at my black background for hours), no links (except for a link to the index page), no buttons, controls, or navigation aids whatsoever. Oh, did I forget to mention that they all will be set up as TARGET = "new"?.

What does this mean? When you click on the "Print in a new window" a new window will open on your browser and the printable document will be there in all its bare naked glory. If you intend to print more than one document, do not close the window, just go back to the main page's window, and click at all the recipes and other pages you want to print. Each page will load on the new window in the background. When you finish making your printing selections, simply bring the new page back to the front, and print the document. You will need to hit the back arrow to print the previous document. The results will be that the first page you choose to print will be the last page you will print (i.e. first in, last out). When you are done printing all the documents, the back arrow should be shaded out. Simply close the new window and you are on your way.

These printable documents (and the example of what not to do when creating links to other websites) will be the only time I use the TARGET = "new". I still hate popup windows, but this was the only solution to the problems that come up with managing three sites in one.
