Here are K'Tesh's *UNOFFICIAL* recipes for various Star Trek foods and drinks. Although I do not have ALL the official canon recipes, most of these are based on what we have seen in Star Trek, or heard about. All possible attempt has been made to make these resemble the actual dish (edible is optional).

It is possible that I INSPIRED the recipe for Rokeg Blood Pie that made an appearance on Deep Space Nine in the episode "Resurrection" {=)

Due to copyright concerns, I cannot use, or accept recipes from the new Star Trek Cookbook. If you are interested in purchasing a copy I recommend that you visit Simon & Schuster's website for more information. Remember this site is done as a hobby only, and contains *UNOFFICIAL* recipes, I make no money from this venture, nor do I wish to do so... period.
